We are looking for someone who is passionate about KILLSTAR and our social media channels. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the growth of our social media channels and online community through engaging with our audience on social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok & Twitter. We are looking for a self-driven individual who is confident representing the voice of the brand, providing ideas and initiatives to grow our community further and having ownership of our community communications. What You’ll Do


  • Identifying new strategies from reviewing and researching best industry practices to ensure an
  • Liaise with the Product Departments to stay up to date with new products, launches and features.
  • Help the Customer Service Team to respond to customer concerns, queries, and questions.
  • Maintain and ensure brand consistency by working closely with the marketing team for copy-writing.
  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
  • Stay up to date with digital technology trends within the marketing sector.
  • Team to address these in a professional and consistent manner.
  • Monitor, report and provide feedback on online reviews and implement strategies with the Social
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely manner, always providing the highest standard of customer service and demonstrating the voice of the brand.
  • Coordinate social media giveaways.
  • Foster excellent relationships and rapport with our customers and potential clients.
  • Optimal experience for our customers.

  • Have experience of previous working as part of a small Marketing Team.
  • Have experience of working remotely and thrive off providing customers with an excellent customer experience and journey.
  • Have experience of communication with customers in a customer facing or orientated role.
  • Have an interest in alternative fashion or the KILLSTAR Products that we sell to our customers.


WORK HOURS & LOCATION:


This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week, with hours worked between Monday to Sunday.


This is a remote position which can be performed anywhere within the United Kingdom. The successful candidate must be flexible and available to work up to a maximum of 2 hours on a Saturday and Sunday, to


respond to customers and monitor our social accounts.


This working arrangement will be built into the full-time position of 37.5 Hours per week.
