Commercial Lender Assistant Jobs

THIS IS AN IN OFFICE POSITION ONLY.

Assist the Business & Professional team with the daily management of the loan portfolios.

Responsible for assisting in minimizing loan delinquencies and clearing documentary ticklers.

Responsible for handling all loan related client request and issue resolutions ensuring quality client service, including but not limited to payoff letters.

Responsible for opening reserve depository accounts, ensuring all the required documentation are received and is complete.

Responsible for all BSA matters related to the onboarding of new loans.

Act as a liaison for third party vendors such as appraisal bids, environmental etc.

Order flood zone determination and adhere to compliance standards.

Track the PLC (prepaids) per transaction to ensure proper allocation of funds.

Job Requirements:

Education: Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred or equivalent experience.

Advance computer skills including but not limited to proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish is a plus.
