Blue Chip is a leading Commercial Cleaning company that is looking for some enthusiastic people to join our team.

Essential Functions

• Maintaining clean and safe restrooms.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
• Answer the building's calls using the customer communication device.
• Cleans the glass/mirror columns throughout the shift.
• Clean employee lunchroom/locker rooms and management offices.
• Sweep and maintain all flooring throughout the facility.
• Empties trash.
• Restocking all restroom consumable supplies.
• Cleans all main elevators, removing all hand prints and papers.
• Assures floor mats are in place and clean where required utilizing floor safety signs in inclement weather
• Assures the garage or parking areas are clean including outside areas around the customer facilities where applicable.
• Completes high dusting of the general areas.
• Report items that are in need of repair to the management office.

Shift: Flexible Morning- Afternoon- Evenings

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience is welcome!
• Must have reliable transportation.

Purpose Of Position
The Director of Corporate Services develops strategy, and supports SKRECC's Mission, Vision, and Strategic Goals and Initiatives. The Director collaborates with all managers and the executive team to assist with strategic planning and to promote a culture of health and safety for employees. This position leads the corporate services group, which includes human resources and safety.
Purpose includes: to plan, organize, and manage the human resources support services through the implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures, employee training and development programs, salary administration, benefits, workers compensation, and employee relation programs; to ensure compliance with EEO/AAP programs, other statutory labor laws, and OSHA filings; to provide training programs; and to manage applicable insurance programs. Also, to direct the Safety Manager, related to the cooperative's safety program and record keeping, including but not limited to training and compliance with our APPA safety manual.
