POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Colorist with a specialization in wash and fiber science to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in creating and maintaining a vibrant multi-brand color library and daily comments. Your expertise will shape the visual identity of our brands, ensuring consistent and captivating color stories across all projects. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily Color Comments: Your insightful color commentary will provide essential guidance to the creative team, helping them achieve the desired visual impact and consistency.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: By maintaining meticulous and accessible records, you will foster smooth collaboration across various teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on color choices.
• Collaborate with Overseas Color Team: You will collaborate seamlessly with our overseas color team, engaging in additional rounds of color refinement, onboarding new processes, and offering comprehensive training.
• Craft Seasonal Palettes: You will be responsible for curating seasonal palettes for multiple brands and projects, capturing and amplifying each brand's unique DNA in color choices.
• Color Consistency Boards: You will create and maintain color consistency boards, offering visual references that guide our creative efforts toward harmonious color outcomes.
• Global Color Palette Stewardship: You will meticulously maintain global color palettes and standards, ensuring coherence and consistency in color application worldwide.
• Bulk Approvals: Managing bulk approvals of color selections will be a core aspect of your role, ensuring efficient workflow and timely execution.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

• Brand Color Experience: Demonstrated experience in translating brand identities into impactful color choices is a must.
• Extensive Color Background: You should possess 3-7 years of experience specializing in color, giving you a solid foundation in the principles of color theory and application.
• Effective Overseas Communication: Your experience in effectively communicating your color needs and insights to overseas teams is crucial for maintaining a cohesive global vision.
• Color Expertise: A discerning eye for color is essential, allowing you to intuitively select and combine shades to achieve desired visual effects.
• Self-Driven and Organized: As a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, you thrive in taking initiative and keeping projects organized and on track.
