Job Description

I'm looking for a skilled and experienced AI/ML engineer to join forces and lead the machine learning development for a startup creating the future of the workforce with astronomical potential! We're creating AI agents to fulfill roles typically done by remote workers (think copywriters, marketing managers, sales reps, etc) primarily using LLMs and API integrations. This is an equal split co-founder role based in the Bay Area.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Fine-tune GPT-3 with specific data
  • Play an active role in product planning & vision refinement
  • Lead a team of AI/ML engineers post-seed financing
  • Develop AI, NLP & machine learning architecture for our product


Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in AI, NLP, and machine learning
  • Strong leadership skills and open communication
  • Relentless drive & determination
  • Ideally, experience with fine-tuning LLMs & Image Diffusion
  • Data-driven attitude
  • Insatiable desire to build the future & create a highly impactful product
