Role: Chief Revenue & Financial Officer (CRO/CFO)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Revenue Leadership: Develop and execute on strategies that will achieve sustainable revenue growth. Analyze market trends, set pricing structures, and foster innovations in our sales approaches.
  2. Financial Stewardship: Oversee company finances, budget management, financial planning, and risk management. Ensure that ELSIA remains financially healthy and prepared for future endeavors.
  3. Capital Raising: Leverage your experience and network to spearhead fundraising rounds. Cultivate relationships with investors and ensure transparent financial reporting.
  4. Strategic Partnerships: Utilize your network within the financial industry to forge powerful partnerships that align with ELSIA’s growth objectives.
  5. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams that are aligned with ELSIA’s mission and values.

Qualifications:

  • Strong network within the financial industry.
  • Extensive experience with capital raising and investor relations.
  • Proven track record in a senior financial or revenue-focused role.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for startups and scaling businesses.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
