Premier Granite & Stone, a proud member of the H&K Family of Companies, is Pittsburgh's leading granite counter-top shop and we are seeking a Granite Counter-Top Installer that we will train to work out of our Carnegie, PA fabrication facility and in the field. We produce, fabricate, and install the highest quality granite and stone counter tops for a wide variety of high-end commercial and residential applications such as kitchens, bathrooms, man-caves, office lobbies, restaurants, and bars. We are not the typical discount granite counter shops that you find around the area that offer low price by delivering low quality. We supply the best product and subsequently, we seek the best.

We are seeking a talented CNC Design Engineer with experience in a machining environment to create digital designs and program fabricating machines for custom countertops.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and determining modifications on machines for increased quality and efficiency
• Interact with machinists and operators daily for technical support
• Discussion of job layouts and designs with customers
• Documenting detailed work instructions and creating daily job procedure sheets for machine operators
• CNC programing of Park Stone fabricating machines
• Provides the necessary technical input for design and fabrication
• Programing jobs to include digital design and interacting with internal and external customers

Requirements

• CNC manufacturing experience
• Familiar with manufacturing processes, tooling, design, CAD principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Industrial engineering in a machining environment with proven performance
• Exhibits analytical skills in defect prevention, root cause analysis, problem solving
• Engineering degree helpful or related field or equivalent experience
