Job Description
We are seeking passionate, trustworthy CNAs to join our staff in providing excellent care to our clients. Our employees have the opportunity and flexibility to both learn and develop on the job, while also pursuing their strengths and passions in the workforce.
Elite Care is a locally owned, boutique residential living community. Elite Care is the alternative to large, impersonal assisted living facilities or locked memory care communities.
As a CNA, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment and promoting long-term recovery. You will partner with the leadership team of your facility to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment for our residents.

Hourly Rate of Pay: $20.00 (Compensation is determined by both experience, location, and shift).
Shifts Available: Day Shift, Evening Shift, Night Shift, Weekend Shift.

Requirements:
  • COVID–19 Vaccination / Approved exemption status.
  • Must have knowledge of health and safety guidelines as well as experience in the medical or dental field.
  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant within the state of Oregon.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in making appointments for clients.
  • Set up lab tests and administer first aid to patients.
  • Coordinate with other departments to provide quality medical care to clients.
  • Maintain a full-time, open-ended position.
  • Complete administrative paperwork for new patients.
  • Ability to perform various duties related to medical record keeping.
  • Coordinate all aspects of medical care with other departments including scheduling, file viewing, and reporting information.
  • Responsible for maintaining patient confidentiality as well as maintaining medical records and medical equipment.
