Touchmark on West Century is Bismarck/Mandan’s leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services and amenities. We are currently seeking compassionate people to join our talented team as Certified Nursing Assistants and Caregivers.
Wage: $17-$19 per hour depending on experience
$2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for Full-Time
$1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for Part-Time
$1 more per hour for overnight shifts

Part-Time Overnight Shift - Every Other Weekend
PM Shifts - 2:00pm-10:00pm
PM Shifts - 4:00pm-10:00pm
PM Shifts - 6:00pm-10:00pm

Mentorship Program for New Hires
The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:

• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors.
• For CNA position - Have completed a state certified CNA or NAC course
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
• Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care
• Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers
• Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
