Cloud Systems Architect Jobs

My client is a global healthcare company looking to make a difference through the combination of digital health and medical devices to combat chronic conditions, in doing so enabling patients to take control of their health. Continuing their growth in the US, they are looking for a Cloud Architect on a 6-month contract with a potential extension to take control and develop their backend infrastructure.

Your responsibilities revolve around Cloud technology architecture, as well as effective communication across several organizational levels internationally.

Responsibilities

The following duties include, but are not limited to:

• Design architecture, develop, and maintain a scalable cloud infrastructure (with Microsoft Azure) for medical device networks and solutions that will address business and technical requirements defined for the project.
• Implement security practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance on infrastructure and cloud architecture design.

Qualifications

Required:

• University degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of “hands-on” experience working as a senior architect with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure specifically).
• Strong knowledge of cloud system designs and infrastructure best practices
