Job Description

Our client, a pharmaceutical company in Philadelphia, is seeking an Associate or Sr Associate, Image Management to join their team in a remote role. This is a remote position for a 12-month contract.


Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with study teams, external business partners, and clinical sites to ensure the relevant dose order(s) is constituent with clinical trial protocol.
  • Supply chain management support may include:
  • Review, approve, triage, cancel and track radiopharmaceutical dose requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional clinical supply teams to ensure relevant dose approval processes are followed.

Clinical trial support, may include:

  • Support Trial Management team member with assigned study specific projects and tasks.
  • Liaison with study team, third-party organization, and clinical sites on study related issues or escalations.
  • Other projects as assigned.
  • Assist with, but not limited to PET imaging related query resolution, meeting minutes, file reconciliation, document review and other assigned tasks.
  • Attend study specific meetings with core study team & third-party organizations.


Qualifications:

  • Able to manage multiple and competing priorities through effective organizational management skills.
  • Excellent time management skills; able to accomplish established goals efficiently.
  • ACRP or SOCRA certification
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Effective interpersonal skills; able to build effective relationships with study management team colleagues and business partners.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Two years Clinical Research work experience, or relevant experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft office applications, including Teams and Outlook
  • Healthcare imaging experience
