About The Role


We are looking for an experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join the clinical development team in the United States. The CRA level will be dependent on experience, read on to find out more information!


The CRA will perform and coordinate all clinical monitoring and site management activities. They will also act as the site manager, developing a working relationship with the assigned investigational sites and ensuring that the trial is conducted in accordance with the approved protocol, ICH-GCP guidelines, applicable regulations and SOPs to guarantee subjects rights, well-being and data reliability. To conduct remote and on-site visits and regularly contact sites to assess protocol and regulatory compliance and manage essential documents. To deliver within time, quality and budget, as per study plans, company and sponsor requirements. To ensure that sites are audit and inspection ready at all times.


What will your job look like?


  • Attends departmental meetings as required working closely with the trial management, project management team as well as the rest of the clinical development functions
  • They will contribute to departmental initiatives for process improvement, as required
  • The CRA will complete all role specific required training and documents needed in the applicable learning management system
  • Completes and submits timesheet and expenses in a timely manner, as per company guidelines
  • Conduct evaluation visits for other CRAs
  • They will comply all applicable Bionical Emas SOPs and policies
  • When necessary, they will be a mentor to other CRAs
  • Participate in all study start-up activities including all types of site visits


What will you need to succeed?


  • Bachelor's degree in a life science related field or a registered nursing certification or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job
  • Previous independent monitoring experience is essential
