Description

Clinical Program Consultant

Location: I ndianapolis, IN, Cincinnati, OH, Atlanta, GA, Midland, GA, St. Louis, MO, Richmond, VA, Roanoke, VA, Norfolk, VA, South Portland, Louisville, KY, Latham, NY or Las Vegas, NV. Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model with pulse point sites (major offices) used for collaboration, community, and connection. Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location listed above.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8 - 5 pm EST with some flexibility.

The Clinical Program Consultant is responsible for providing clinical program and project support in a Medical Management department.

How you will make an Impact:

  • Develops and implements clinical programs for the management of members with specific medical conditions.
  • Represents the department on enterprise-wide and regional committees and program initiatives.
  • Potential for limited travel.
  • Serves as a project manager for medical management initiatives, such as medical review redesign, development of policies and procedures, development and implementation of training procedures and manuals, and the development and implementation of metrics and other reporting capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a BS in nursing or related medical management area and a minimum of 5 years of project/program management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills , Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • Disease management experience is preferred.
  • HRS experience is preferred.
  • Clinical and educational training experience is preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $76,272 - $114,408.
