As Enterprise Clinical Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Director of Clinical Operations in overseeing the enterprise clinical operations of our organization, supporting the success of clinicians and enterprise facilities on our platform. Your focus will be building a team and developing welcoming and efficient processes for clinicians as they learn to use Nursa, complete compliance, credentialing, and orientation requirements, and begin working hospital shifts. We’re looking for a leader with a healthcare background who is also a strong manager, technology savvy, and loves process improvement. You should also be customer-obsessed, innovative, data-driven, and love solving complex problems.
What You’ll Do:
  • Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure clinician compliance and competency
  • Work with other team leaders to develop a clear understanding of our partner facilities' unique nursing requirements, including: specialized skills, certifications, and experience levels needed for various roles and specialties. Create discovery process for new clients
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to solve problems impacting clinical operations
  • Bring new feature ideas to Product Development
  • Put policies and procedures in plan to support Quality Assurance
  • Create, implement and optimize people, processes and systems supporting clinician operations. Utilize dashboards and monitoring tools
  • Investigate, research and prioritize clinically significant events as outlined by DOH and or state regulatory agencies regarding client complaints, feedback, allegations of documentations, injury, death, serious harm, med errors, practicing impaired, and other adverse issues that may present
  • Create pre-recruiting and standard recruiting ads using clinical information obtained from discovery calls
  • Help find ways to make Nursa the industry’s most attractive place for clinicians to work
  • Work closely with the Director of Clinical Ops and other company leaders to develop and implement a roadmap to scale team operations
  • Oversee the operations for sourcing, onboarding, quality and retention of clinicians
  • Support new customer and specialty launches
  • Manage customer complaints and make appropriate improvements. Investigate alleged incidents reported by clients and when appropriate advocate for Nursa clinicians
What We’re Looking For
  • Natural collaborator who works well with other teams
  • Successful track record building and leading high-performing teams
  • Proven success driving operational and process improvement
  • Experience working with CRM software like Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Management, Human Resources or a related field
  • Comfort working in start up and corporate environments
  • Proficiency with Office and Google Workplace technology
  • Experience building and managing off-shore teams a plus
  • Ability to organize complex analysis and projects into clear presentations and project plans
  • Strong analytical skills leveraging data
  • Healthcare and technology industry experience a plus
