Job Description
ORM Fertility is an internationally recognized fertility clinic comprised of five physicians sub-specialized in Reproductive Endocrinology, full-time genetic counselors, cutting-edge e mbryologists and a team of very talented clinicians and administrators . We are currently looking for a Clinic al Nurse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have an active and valid RN license in the state of Oregon, surgery center experience and pr evious experience leading a team. This position will oversee our Surgery Center and staff by coordinating day-to-day operations of our services to provide quality health care to our patients. This position is Monday-Friday with occasional weekends as needed . Responsibilities : Manage surgery staff , workflows and scheduling Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the surgery center Hiring, onboarding, training, disciplinary actions and conversations, coaching and mentoring, annual performance reviews, etc. Facilitate a collaborative relationship with all ORM providers and leadership team members Create and keep updated all SOP's, training manuals, policies, and procedures, etc. to ensure consistency across all locations and compliance with licensing and accreditation agencies Act as the main point of contact for licensing and accreditation agencies for the surgery center Head all clinical committees and processes with regards to risk management, quality assurance and improvement and patient safety Provide direct patient care by assist ing in egg retrieval s and embryo transfers , including pre-op, circulating and post-op duties Order and maintain supplies Facilitate e quipment maintenance scheduling , repairs, replacements and documentation Seek out process improvement ideas and strive to implement efficiencies and cost savings initiatives Research and recommend best practices for reproductive surgical care Help to sustain and improve upon a patient-centric care model and optimal patient experience Prepare for and complete inspections and surveys as required Responsible for OSHA compliance Requirements: Oregon State RN license required Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Surgical experience required Technical proficiency with EMR systems required Accreditation/licensing /regulatory experience preferred Previous experience working in women's health preferred ACLS certification required (or within 30 days of hire) Excellent time and people management skills with the ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize work Social perceptiveness and excellent service orientation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Benefits : Competitive Medical, Dental, Life, and Vision Plans Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts Voluntary Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) Basic Life and AD&D 15 days of PTO S ix Paid Holidays plus one Floating Holidays 401k Match Program Collaborative and family-like culture and fun teambuilding events Diversity & Inclusivity : At our company, we serve everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or religion.
