Description
- Demonstrate respect for social-cultural values, personal goals, lifestyle choices, and complex family interactions while delivering culturally competent services.
- Fill in for direct reports when necessary.
- Track and report detailed performance information for direct reports, including documentation, risks, missed supervisions, forms, employee concerns, and coaching steps taken.
- Collaborate with the District Director to promote service growth opportunities.
- Review client documentation, including progress notes, supervised visitation reports, monthly reports, and court reports.
- Oversee Adoption & Guardianship Support Services assigned to direct reports.
- Promote the agency's mission, vision, and values.
- Execute job responsibilities in line with the agency's culture, mission, vision, and beliefs, while adhering to company policies, procedures, and deadlines.
- Organize and lead regular staff meetings with district leadership.
- Facilitate weekly staffing, supervise cases, and offer consultations to direct reports as needed.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to make timely and ethical decisions for the district.
- Provide insight and input to enhance Lifeline's performance, service quality, and client satisfaction.
- Analyze and evaluate team productivity goals, clinical competencies, and quality assurance to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and support to the district team.
- Address problems and communication issues with referral sources in the assigned district.
- Support high-quality clinical training and development, utilizing evidence-based practices and expanding comprehensive services.
- Assign referrals and ensure direct reports have appropriate caseloads.
- Provide orientation and training for new team members, including scheduling job shadows and explaining company-wide and specific practices.
- Train, support, supervise, and encourage direct reports.
- Ensure compliance with service standards and relevant accrediting bodies.
- Take responsibility for district clinical and programming goals and outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5 years minimum experience in social work or a similar field
- Masters degree or higher in Psychology or Social Work
