Job Description
Riverside University Health System has opportunities for Clinical Laboratory Assistants (Phlebotomists) with the Medical Center Laboratory. We are currently recruiting for PM (2:30-11:00pm) and Overnight shifts (11:00pm-7:30am), with rotating weekends and holidays. The candidate pool generated from this posting may be used to fill future regular or per diem CLA positions within the laboratory; all interested candidates are encouraged to apply.
A valid and current license as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician I (CPT-1) issued by the State of California Department of Health Services is a requirement of this position.

Clinical Laboratory Assistants (CLA) prepare and process laboratory specimens and operate laboratory equipment according to their scope of work. CLAs also assist with clerical work within the laboratory and perform other related duties as necessary.
