Position Purpose

A high energy, driven, and talented team player to add to our Clinical team. The Clinical Educator will be responsible for the education, training, and Go Live support for our Clients and their staff on the use of the AvaSure Program. The Clinical Educator will travel onsite to perform these duties.

Education & Experience

• Technical aptitude to learn our products and what follow-up questions to ask of customers
• 2 years' of hospital inpatient clinical experience required
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access
• Experience in training/education in a clinical environment a plus
• A Registered Nurse License required
• Experience delivering training or education presentations.
• Ability to work with multiple groups of people to attain and organize training information.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions

• Support new AvaSure Monitor Staff during practice time and Go Live of Program.
• Educate hospital staff in day-to-day operations of AvaSure TeleSitter® Program.
• Documents daily onsite activities.
• Educate hospital leadership in the use of the AvaSure Program and Day to Day Clinical Procedures.
• Educate hospital staff in detailed use of the AvaSure Software and Hardware.
• Maintain credentials necessary for onsite visits- this includes vaccinations for Flu and COVID 19 and you must be able to go onsite at all facilities.
• Support hospital clinical staff during practice time and Go Live of Program.
• Work with clinicians in hospitals to help facilitate successful program implementations.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Must be able to work in a hospital environment
• Travelling Nationwide.
• Travelling 40 out of 52 weeks a year.
• Travelling overnight both by car and plane.
• Possibly working some off shifts- not your traditional 8am-5pm.
• The position is remote within the U.S. when not traveling.
• Traveling Monday through Friday, no scheduled weekends.
• This position is full-time.
