Clinical Director - Addiction Treatment

Mackenzie Stuart are working with a growth minded Behavioral Healthcare provider that specialises in Opioid Use Disorders. They are actively seeking a Regional Clinical Director in Kentucky, to join the company and support the team whilst ensuring good compliance.

Role:

• Oversee the clinical supervision process and ensure standardization throughout the region.
• Work closely with ops and medical leaders.
• Regularly provide clinical training to clinical supervisors and staff.
• Oversee 23 clinics across KY and WV.
• Supervise and support 4 clinical supervisors.
• Promote and encourage company culture.

Candidate:

• 2yrs minimum previous regional experience in clinical role
• Remote position - must be based in KY, WV or southern OH
• 20% travel
• Masters Degree - fully licensed
