The Clinical and Commercial Project Manager is responsible for managing the assigned commercial and clinical activites. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans focused on the integration of Spencer Health Solutions’ in the clinical and commercial pharmaceutical markets. The role will focus on the management of sponsor relationships which includes the preparation, monitoring, updating, and communication of the project plans and project performance to a variety of stakeholders. This is a position works cross-functionally throughout the entire organization to keep our projects on track and communicated appropriately.


Responsibilities


  • Creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation.
  • Focus on quality deliverables for contracted services.
  • Working with the Director of Patient and Project Services to report out on projects.
  • Ensuring project compliance with regulated requirements, including process improvement of project management.
  • Develop, implement, review and react to metrics associated with clinical and commercial projects.
  • Ensuring quality, consistency, accuracy, and timely flow of clinical trial and commercial project management.
  • Coordinate internal resources for the successful execution of cross-functional projects.
  • Lead efforts to analyze current operations projects and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Overall clear communication to key stakeholders with respect to the direction, status, and completion of projects.
  • Manages full scope of projects for Spencer’s programs pertaining to patient management including project team leadership.
  • Oversee the development timelines and quality guidelines for projects and training specifications, thereby ensuring that expectations and deliverables are met.
  • Provide monitoring and audit activities for clinical and commercial projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget.
  • Oversee management of monitoring and tracking progress of the detailed project plan.
  • Developing, Implementing and managing project plans tailored to clinical and commercial projects.
  • Support building and maintaining positive client relationships including but not limited to, pharmacies, pharma companies, clinical sites.
  • Regular updates to top-level management on project status.
  • Play a key role in the evolution of SHS expanding capabilities and overall brand.
  • Working collaboratively with customer support and the customer engagement manager on resolving issues on projects.
  • Establishment of key performance indicators, quality management plan, employing and evaluating the data from these metrics and serving to find solutions and interventions in collaboration with the leadership team.


Qualifications


  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office Applications; Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SF.com, etc.
  • Up to 20% travel, necessary for project planning and implementation as well as resolving escalated issues and presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Account Management skills, including client and customer relationships.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA, ICH, GCP, FDA guidelines, and other regulatory agency requirements
  • Time management skills which include multi-tasking skills
  • 2-5 years of experience in a project management role within a Contract Research Organization (CRO), Clinical or Commercial Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience in managing timelines and project plans
  • Ability to read, understand, and execute job functions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
  • Ability to work independently and against tight deadlines
  • Problem solving and analytical skills with an exemplary attention to details.
  • Excellent communication skills


Preferred


  • Working knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile processes
  • Working knowledge of Clinical Trial and Pharmaceutical Operations and processes
  • Experience in Project Management Tools such as Smart Sheets and Gandtt Charts
  • Masters degree
