Job Description
  • CLINICAL ANALYST JOB SPECIFICATIONS
  • Abilities: Ability to work with minimal supervisory direction and to coordinate long term projects. Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient and corporate information required.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of clinical operations and health system applications is required.
  • Education and/or experience: Degree in Nursing and/or other Allied Health field. A bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred. Two or more years of experience in healthcare information systems is preferred. Experience with project planning, testing, training and implementation of clinical applications is preferred. An equivalent of education and experience will be considered.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and interpersonal skill.
  • CLINICAL ANALYST JOB SUMMARY
  • The Clinical Analyst is responsible for clinical application support and project management for current systems and new implementations. Provides support for testing, training, documentation, implementation, pre/post Go-Live activities, integration, and conversion activities as needed.
