Clinic Manager Jobs

Halka MD is a medical weight management clinic. The clinic will offer comprehensive non-surgical options that include meal replacement, behavioral training, and prescriptions We are looking for someone to help lead the start-up process. The right person will be an organized self-starter, flexible, open to training, willing to model a healthy lifestyle, and possess a strong numbers aptitude. This individual should also have strong communication skills, a passion for delivering excellent customer service, and a commitment to making a difference in people’s health.

Your Duties Will Include(not Limited To)

• Help build a team of excellent people as the business expands;
• Manage clinic operations;
• Must be able to work evenings on some days;
• Develop protocols in consultation with our business partner and medical director;
• Marketing of the program in collaboration with the owner. This will include outreach in the community such as medical practices to promote our services;
• Creating a KPI-driven culture with an emphasis on critical performance factors like retention, answer rate, lead generation, and staff utilization;
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Offer consultations to the patients under medical supervision;
• Experience in running a weight loss center is preferred but not necessary.

Job Details

• $20-$35/hr.
• Full Time/Part-time;

Requirements

• Must be highly computer friendly;
• Must be able to generate and review reports;
• Prefer those with Bachelor's Degree;
