Our Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for helping to establish, cultivate, and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, which are critical to the success of our organization. Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients through regular communications such as phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Help with settlements by obtaining client signatures and issuing disbursement checks.
  • Create and maintain accurate records of all client interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Ensure that all clients receive prompt and professional responses to their inquiries and needs, and provide follow-up as necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to ensure that clients receive seamless service and support.
  • Monitor client feedback and provide suggestions to improve the firm's service delivery.
  • Participate in marketing and business development activities aimed at increasing the firm's visibility and expanding its client base.


Requirements


  • Demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues, make recommendations, and implement solutions.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
