About The Opportunity


  • With US$1 trillion in assets under management, they serve as a trusted adviser to institutional clients and mutual fund sponsors in over 60 countries
  • You will work closely with Client Service Managers and be accountable for coordinating client-related activities
  • One of the world’s largest independent investment management firms based in Boston, MA is currently looking for a Client Analyst to add to their growing team


Client Analyst Responsibilities


  • Participate in various projects and cross-functional working groups related to the Client Service Management function
  • Research and respond to day to day client (or their agent) directed questions including ad-hoc service and operational inquiries
  • Capture and maintain client and consultant data in relevant internal systems
  • Coordinate and conduct analysis of client portfolios
  • Perform other tasks as appropriate


Client Analyst Qualifications


  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Team player and has an ability to work independently
  • 2-5 years of professional experience within the investment management industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree; CFA/MBA preferred
