Job description

Accredited Lock Supply is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Clerical Assistant with Multiple Capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to handle various administrative tasks, including but not limited to filing, office day-to-day tasks, order entry, credit processing, customer maintenance, data entry, answering phones, and accounts payable and receivables experience. Erp-one software experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

· Perform various clerical duties, including filing, data entry, answering phones, and other office day-to-day tasks

· Back up several positions, including order entry, credit processing, customer maintenance, data entry, and accounts payable and receivables

· Work in a team environment and delegate tasks accordingly

· Learn on the job and become proficient in the ERP-One system (if not already proficient)

· Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entry and clerical tasks

· Provide excellent customer service when answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries

· Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

· Handle credit processing and resolve any issues that may arise

· Maintain customer accounts and ensure accuracy of information

· Answer phones and provide excellent customer service

· Work effectively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time, could consider part time


Salary: From $20.00 per hour
