Job Description
Compensation Grade: 13-15
At SAIF, we have many different clerical positions who assist the SAIF staff who serve our customers. We’re posting this recruitment to fill openings as they occur in a variety of different clerical functions.
This recruitment will be used to fill the following positions:
  • Mail center clerk
  • Division assistant
  • Legal operations assistant
  • Claims assistant (bilingual and non-bilingual)
  • Bill entry specialist
  • Customer support specialist (bilingual and non-bilingual)
  • Document imaging specialist
  • Accounting clerk
These positions have slightly different functions, which may include data entry, accounting, customer service, administrative support, scanning documents, or processing mail. Many of them require the ability to work with a team and use problem-solving and communication skills. Some of these positions are in production environments, while others may require strong multitasking abilities.
We will have openings for positions based out of a SAIF office, some opportunities to work remotely and others which may be a combination of both. Our SAIF offices are located in Salem, Lake Oswego, Eugene, Bend, Medford, and North Bend.

Compensation & Benefits
Typical hiring range: $42,494 - $52,095. The pay range for this position is annually based on a full-time schedule. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications & education.
