Land Rover Scarborough is looking to add a Clerical Admin Assistant to our Team! The ideal candidate is energetic, enthusiastic and efficient with a positive outlook that is prepared to work part-time 25 hours per week. Prior Dealership and Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred but not required. We will be happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Title Applications on MVT56, copy and send.
• Make deal jackets and key tags for new and used car purchases.
• Create correspondence/forms as needed and when asked by management.
• Answer phones and direct them accordingly. Greet customers, locate salespeople.
• Provide administrative support to all departments as needed.
• Monitor customer lounge for cleanliness and supplies.
• Prepare daily mail/UPS mailings. Disperse mail to departments accordingly.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Proficient computer skills preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Valid and current Driver's License with ability to maintain a good driving record
• People focused and strives to provide great customer service
