Cleaning Manager Jobs

As a Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and implements an organized system of supervision and general operating procedures.
• This position is responsible for the supervision of staff and providing cleaning services
• Directs, trains, supervises, leads, evaluates, and develops assigned personnel to keep them informed and motivated.
• This position physically carries out as well as helps direct the activities of those involved in providing a variety of housekeeping services.
• Other duties pertinent to the department or unit’s success may also be assigned.

Qualifications

• A valid Driver's License
• Minimum five (5) years of directly related experience that demonstrates knowledge of housekeeping/janitorial duties or supervision of employees.
• Basic skill set in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
