Immediately Hiring a Dedicated SOLO Class B CDL Driver in Central Point, OR. We want the right Employee to Drive with us at Ryder.

Ryder Employees who Drive on this account earn $1310 or more Weekly and it gets better
  • Paid Training
  • Sign On Bonus: Pays you $750 at 30 days and $750 at 90 days
  • Overnights for Route in Ryder Booked Hotel
  • Hourly Pay: $32.75 Per Hour
  • Start Time:4AM-5AM
  • Ryder Drivers are Paid Weekly
  • Schedule: Monday – Thursday NO WEEKENDS
  • Layover: Pay $35.00 - 1 layover per week
  • Weekly Guarantee $1310 per week
  • Hours Per Week: 40 hours guarantee

Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide.

Requirements:
  • Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
  • Pass a Ryder road test
  • 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
  • Pass a DOT physical
  • 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
  • Pass a Ryder Drug Test
  • Must have Class A or Class B verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
  • 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
  • Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
  • Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
Important Note: Additional requirements may be required in different locations and/or accounts.
Responsibilities:
  • Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
  • Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
  • Performs other duties as assigned
