The Headquarters Claims Department is currently seeking a multi-line office-based claims adjuster for the Express Claims Center handling small auto and property claims. The position requires self-study to secure adjuster licensing within 30-days of hire date. To assist with the training course and exam, examiners are allotted on-site study time.


This is a hybrid work role, requiring the selected candidate to follow a schedule working 50% in-office and maintaining standard office hours of 8am - 4:45pm Monday-Friday after an initial in-office training period.


The pay range for this position is $19.23-$24.04 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.


Be ready to


  • Enter information and documentation into the company claims system and issue claim payments using sound judgment.
  • Accurate and efficient keyboarding skills.
  • Research coverage, investigate and adjust smaller first and third-party auto and property claims.
  • Deliver an excellent customer service experience through telephone and e-mail communication.
  • Ability to resolve issues through research and problem-solving.
  • Communicate directly with policyholders, claimants, agents, and repair facilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and aptitude at working collaboratively within a team.


Be Equipped With


  • Customer service experience or prior management or leadership experience beneficial.
  • Prior experience in an office setting either fully in-office or hybrid helpful.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Obtain multi-state adjuster licensing within 30-days of hire.
  • Knowledge or experience with Microsoft® Office and Excel preferred.
  • A collaborative, team-first approach to work.
  • A high degree of curiosity and desire to maximize career development.


You’ve Earned


  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • High school diploma is required.
