Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an up and coming engineering firm at the early stages. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with designing and compiling engineering site plans and reports for land development projects. Candidates will be exposed to many aspects of the land use permitting process from initial concept designs, complete site design and permitting, local and outside agency approvals and construction oversight, amongst many others. This is a great opportunity to really learn the site design and land use permitting process on an accelerated path.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with project managers to design and create development plans


Qualifications

  • Experience with AutoCAD is a bonus
  • 0 - 2 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication and design skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
