Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Cisco / Avaya Engineer to join our team! In this role you will assist in support of Voice (Cisco and Avaya TDM and VoIP) operations and maintenance .

Clearance Requirement: Active or Current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide expert support for security posturing and configuration of the voice systems.
• Provide top level support to technicians and other engineers working projects, trouble tickets and system failures.
• Provide Voice/VoIP design, architecture and engineering support.
• Provide interface to service providers with an expert ability for troubleshooting.
• Monitor and implement changes deemed to make systems more efficient and redundant.
• Monitor and troubleshoot backups of the systems to ensure recovery of systems should failure occur to redundant systems.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience. Candidates with less education/experience will still be considered.
• Thorough expertise and understanding of Voice/VoIP Devices and their configurations, including but not limited to PBXs, switches, routers, voicemail, servers and handsets.
• Have advanced knowledge for configuration and administration of the Avaya Suite of products (Communication Manager, Session Manager, System Manager, Utility Server, Aura Messaging, IX Messaging, CM Messaging, Intuity Audix, Definity G3).
• Experience in performing upgrades of the Avaya suite of products.

Salary Range:

$113,100.00 - $203,600.00
