POSITION TITLE: Child Support Specialist - District 20


LOCATION: Ardmore, OK


STATUS: Full-Time; Non-Exempt; Immediate Opening


CLOSING: Open Until Filled


SALARY: Commensurate With Experience and Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY: Must be a self-starter with strong communication, math and computer skills. The ability to represent the Child Support Enforcement Division in a professional manner is of upmost importance.


JOB DESCRIPTION: Anywhere from front desk duties to assessing case details to determine needs of a case; preparation of legal documents; working with employers; negotiation skills. May have work schedule in office, or ability to work from home.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School graduate or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Clerical experience; Excel, Word, and ability to navigate around screens on the computer.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Must have professional, working skills with people on work site and over the phone.
