I am seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join our team. As the COO, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our operational processes, ensuring the efficient execution of our strategic initiatives. You will work closely with the Founder/CEO to drive the company's growth, operational excellence, and long-term success.This is an equity-based position, offering a unique opportunity to become a key stakeholder in our exciting venture.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to streamline business operations and maximize efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives and drive continuous improvement.

- Oversee project management and ensure timely and successful execution of key initiatives.

- Manage and optimize the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, quality control measures, and operational efficiency initiatives.

- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and innovation throughout the organization.

- Collaborate with the leadership team to define and execute the company's strategic vision.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an operational leadership role, preferably within a startup or technology-focused company.

- Strong understanding of operational principles and processes, including supply chain management, project management, and quality control.

- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to align operational goals with overall business objectives.

- Passion for sustainability, environmental conservation, and making a positive impact.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

- 10 - 15 years' of executive experience

- Strategic planning and business development experience

- Strong written and verbal and presentation skills

- Strong leadership and organizational skills
