You will have compliance, public affairs, clinical services, program management, and business operations reporting to you, and you'll work closely with HR.

Desired Qualifications:

• 10+ years of related operations leadership experience in the healthcare space highly preferred.
• Bachelors degree and/or Masters degree in healthcare.
• Experience managing ~350 employees.
• 5 years of executive leadership experience preferred (VP/Chief level roles)in a healthcare setting highly preferred.
• Compliance experience and knowledge.
• Hands on leader that can provide constructive feedback and critical correction, is not afraid of conflict and is willing to speak up respectfully while remaining positive as leadership pushes initiatives.
