Chief Operating Officer Jobs

A rapidly growing, innovative fintech lender is seeking a highly experienced, well connected capital markets leader to join in this joint CFO/COO role. This is a highly visible, outward facing executive role where you will be primarily responsible for building relationships with investors, as well as in raising equity and funding. You will leverage your strong network of capital markets & investment banking contacts to help build industry awareness and establish new strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the finance & accounting operations
• Take a leading role in raising equity and funding
• Leverage your strong network of investor and investment banking contacts to establish new strategic partnerships and increase the firm's market awareness
• Manage relationships with existing strategic partnerships and work internally with the President & Chairman on new product ideas

Qualifications

• Possess strong leadership and management skills
• Possess a strong network of industry contacts you can leverage
• A strong industry track record within capital markets - prior Private Credit, Direct Lending, Specialty Finance, Specialty Lending or Securitization experience is highly beneficial
• Must be comfortable being based / commuting to Greenwich, CT
• Any prior experience working within a start-up or fintech would be a major plus
