- Oversee all operational aspects of the business, including project management, finance, human resources, and business development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government authorities, and industry partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and ethical business practices.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery.
- Assess market trends, identify new business opportunities, and lead efforts to diversify the company's portfolio.
- Champion a culture of safety, quality, and environmental sustainability throughout the organization.
- Report regularly to the board of directors on company performance, objectives, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successful leadership as a CEO, COO, or similar executive role within the construction or related industry.
- Strong understanding of construction project management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating and closing significant contracts and partnerships.
- Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within the construction industry.
- Ability to lead and inspire diverse teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Proven ability to navigate challenges and make informed decisions in a dynamic business environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a project manager or in a technical role within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of sustainable construction practices.
