Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Marketing, Advertising and Social Media Management.
- Experience in senior living industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.
Position Summary:
The Chief Marketing Officer interacts and communicates with primarily external community contacts and organizations, building relationships, following up on calls, manages all social media accounts, interacts with prospective residents and families and staff. Develops and coordinates production of promotional materials by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
Essential Duties:
- Analyzes, interprets and complies with government rules and regulations.
- Assists in development of trade show strategies and schedules, and coordinates related promotional project activities. ManagesFutura Ageevents both on and off campus.
- Develops and implements goals tracking all aspects of communications, activities, leads and related outcomes using sales database.
- Authorizes articles and interviews regarding organization’s promotional activities and ensures adherence to corporate identity standards.
- Participates and supports fundraisers and events.
- Plans advertising, purchasing, incentive, and promotional communication projects, including print, electronic, special events, point of purchase, and direct mail, to fulfill those aspects of the marketing plan.
- Evaluates research regarding new market trends and market reaction to promotional activities to recommend strategy adjustments.
- Plans and conducts focus groups and other research to evaluate effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Contracts and serves as liaison with outside consultants, copywriters, and advertising agencies.
- Develops and maintains relationships with media and off-site production representatives.
- Develops, administers and monitors budgetary operations and investigates discrepancies from established budget.
- Provides information, presentations, resources, and tours for developed relationships with health care/medical facilities, civic organizations, physicians and medical groups/organizations, health care educational institutions, senior centers, veteran, and church organizations, etc.
- Monitors results of social media strategies through Google analytics or similar programs.
- Correlates compatibility of promotion programs with public relation activities.
- Builds, diversifies, grows, and fosters external relationships, through marketing and networking efforts and representsFutura Ageat promotional events and meetings.
