Chief Information Officer - Cio

As Chief Information Officer (CIO) at HR Logics, you will lead a fast-growing human resource compliance technology company in discovering new ways to achieve its mission of revolutionizing how HR teams manage compliance. HR Logics is dedicated to providing peace of mind to its customers by working on complex legal requirements with ease. HR Logics is driven by a unified platform and centralized service team that positions it to provide superior value to its clients. In your role as CIO, you will be responsible for staying up to date with technologies prevalent in the industry and implementing them at HR Logics. Moreover, you will lead the company in developing new technologies that will revolutionize HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve hardware, software, and service acquisitions, contracts, and agreements
• Lead the development and implementation of new products and digital technologies designed to revolutionize HR
• Develop and direct the technical team in supporting all technology initiatives and ensuring they align with company objectives
• Manage all aspects of the company's information technology and systems
• Stay up to date with all industry-related technologies
• Continually assess and enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and safety of IT systems
• Develop and maintain effective IT policies that cover security, data, and network information

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to direct a team towards a common goal
• At least five years of experience in a senior IT role
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization
• Proven experience in defining and implementing IT policies, procedures, and practices that improve operational efficiency
• Working knowledge of security protocols and methods, network design, and business continuity
• In-depth understanding of the latest industry trends and technologies
