Chief Financial Officer Opportunity


Our nationally recognized, surgically focused hospital has a great opportunity for a proven top performer to join our team as our CFO. We are located in the prestigious NorthPark area of Dallas, Texas.


This is an opportunity for a dynamic hospital financial leader to join a successful, surgically focused hospital that performs over 11,000 procedures a year. The ideal hospital CFO candidate must be able to demonstrate your skills and leadership in management, financial operations, fiscal affairs, strategic financial planning, internal controls and compliance. Our hospital CFO will be responsible for:


  • Business Office
  • Senior Management Team member of the hospital - Provides overall leadership and management of the hospital. Participates in hospital-wide strategic and operational planning.
  • Expense Management
  • Establish, educate and monitor the internal control program.
  • Coordination with Central Billing Office.
  • Regulatory Reporting
  • Finance & Accounts Payable
  • Compliance Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Revenue Cycle Management
  • Communication Activities - Direct interaction with the Hospital Management Team and Staff, Physicians, Governing Board, Executive Committees, USPI & Baylor Health Care System
  • Patient access areas/departments
  • Health Information Management

Required Skills:


In order to be considered for this position, a candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:


  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Recent hospital financial management experience is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership, analytical and computer skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hospital revenue cycle experience and management of multiple departments.
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance degree required. Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Healthcare Administration and CPA preferred.
