Chief Financial Officer Jobs

A leading global defense company is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer for a Joint Venture company located in Washington DC area.

Job Overview:

In your role as CFO, you will play a critical role in the organization's strategic and financial planning and execution. You will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all financial reporting meets the requirement of auditors and GAAP.
• Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, external auditors, supply chain affiliates and existing/potential clients.
• Develop and execute financial strategies in alignment with the company's mission, goals, and values, ensuring long-term financial stability and growth.
• Ensure the company complies with all financial reporting, accounting, and legal requirements, including government contracts and defense industry regulations.
• Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, Pricing proposals and financial modeling processes to provide accurate and timely financial insights to the executive team and board of directors.

Requirements

• Fluency in Hebrew (Mother tongue only) -Must.
• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Proven experience as a CFO, VP Finance or equivalent executive financial leadership role within a large, complex organization, preferably in the defense or aerospace industry.
• Proven skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and analysis, pricing proposals preparation and audit.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a track record of financial leadership and success.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
