Job Description
Radias Health, a non-profit Mental Health & Substance Use Disorders services organization, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join our team. Our mission is to customize community-based services through the integration of knowledge, compassion, and collaboration. As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be an essential member of our executive leadership team. You will provide strategic financial leadership and direction to ensure the organization's financial sustainability, oversee all financial activities, and establish performance goals that drive us towards financial excellence. You will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors, and senior management team to advance our mission to provide the highest quality of care to our patients.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization's mission, vision, and long-term goals
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, the Board of Directors, and external stakeholders
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes to improve financial performance and operations
  • Collaborate with program managers to develop and monitor program budgets
  • Ensure compliance with grant requirements, regulatory agencies, and government funding sources
  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting efforts
  • Ensure the organization's financial systems are reliable, accurate, and comply with all regulations and accounting principles


Requirements


  • 10 years + experience in all aspects of accounting & finance
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration


Preferred:


  • Experience using Accounting Software (QuickBooks preferred), Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Unrelated Business Income Taxes (UBIT) accounting and reporting experience
  • Electronic Health Record software experience, Credible Software
  • Non-Profit/Healthcare Experience
