Summary

Under direction of the General Manager, exercises management responsibility for all activities of the Finance Department, IT Department, and Facilities Department, including oversight of revenue audit, financial accounting and reporting, purchasing, cashiering, shipping & receiving, and benefits audit. Responsible for the Companys overall operating and capital budgets. Establishes accounting policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Responsible for the overall integrity and accuracy of the accounting system. Ensures that all financial accounting systems are accurate, efficient and in accordance with professional accounting practices. Ensures casinos compliance with provisions of the State Compact, IGRA, NIGC, Tribal Ordinances, Gaming Agency regulations, cash transaction reporting, and IRS withholding & reporting requirements. Fills in for the General Manager in his absence, if requested to do so.
