Chief Engineer, Top Secret Clearance (Sci Eligible)

Are you an experienced Chief Engineer with a strong background in Innovation and Experimentation program coordination and integration with other DoD organizations and relevant Government agencies? A week in the life of a Chief Engineer:

• Provide technical expertise and direction to support the testing of innovative material solutions and technologies, integrated with the non-material strategies and techniques that support them.
• Supply expert advice in support of various innovation and experimentation efforts.
• Provide expertise and leadership to ensure that innovative technologies being proposed address warfighter mission needs.
• Advise senior Government leadership and decision-makers on the efficacy of material and non-material innovations.

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI and Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility
• Master’s Degree in engineering or other scientific disciplines
• Fifteen years or more of relevant experience working as a Senior Level Engineer or Scientist in one or more of the following disciplines: Planning and Analysis, Innovation Development, Information Operations, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Targeting and Joint Fires, or Data Mining
• Five years or more of relevant experience in a supervisory or management role related to DoD Strategic Planning, Operational and Functional Testing, or Security Testing
• Joint Capability Technical Demonstration experience
