Job Description

Stoneford Partners is a start up company that is just starting a roll up strategy to form an ecosystem focused on providing services directly to clients. The eco system services offering consists of CPA, Tax and Financial Planning, Wealth Management, Estate Planning, Group Benefits, Marketing and Branding, Advertising, Printing and Publishing, IT, AI, Data, Networking, Investment Management, Private Asset Management, Media, and more. We desire to support clients personally, professionally, and support their organizations growth. We are a start up, utilizing a roll up strategy, working directly with consumers. We plan to grow through small acquisitions. We are targeting companies in markets or service lines we intend to be in.


Chief AI Officer Duties:


As the Chief AI Officer at Stoneford Partners, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our AI strategy and driving the development of groundbreaking AI solutions. You will have the unique opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team, oversee a separate entity within the partnership, and collaborate with industry leaders to create disruptive products in the Microsoft and Google ecosystems.


  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of AI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
  • Travel: Engage in occasional travel to attend conferences, meet with partners, and build industry relationships.
  • Intellectual Property: Identify opportunities for intellectual property creation and protection, working closely with legal and patent professionals.
  • Product Development: Drive the end-to-end development of AI-driven solutions, from conceptualization to implementation and deployment.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a talented team of AI professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of the latest AI technologies, tools, and platforms within the Microsoft and Google ecosystems, evaluating their potential for integration into proprietary products.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and industry experts to identify opportunities for collaboration and strategic partnerships.
  • AI Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the goals of Stoneford Partners, focusing on leveraging the Microsoft and Google ecosystems to build proprietary products.


Co-President of Stoneford Technologies Duties:


Stoneford Technologies is going to be a dynamic start-up inside the Stoneford Partners Ecosystem focused on revolutionizing the use of artificial intelligence (AI) across every industry. Our mission is to develop cutting-edge AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem and replicate them in the Google ecosystem. We are driven by innovation and are committed to creating proprietary products that redefine industry standards. This company will work to sell its service across the ecosystem while also servicing the ecosystem. This companies servicesare outsourced Information Systems and consulting, Cyber Security, Data and vendor management and Storage, Communication and Networking, and AI systems and integration.


  • Lead and Manage the AI product line up
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and recommend new products and services to meet client needs
  • Oversee and manage the organization's internal & eco system strategy functions, including human resources (with CEO,) information technology, facilities management, and procurement
  • Develop and manage a high-performing team of developers, consultants, relationship managers, and other associates, by providing mentorship and guidance to ensure their professional growth and development
  • Develop and implement business strategies and plans that align with the firm's overall vision and mission
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensure that client satisfaction and retention is a top priority
  • Foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and client-centricity within the private client services division, and ensure that all team members adhere to the firm's values and standards
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability for the private client services division, through effective business development, sales, and marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams within the firm to ensure alignment and integration of services and solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all private client services activities


Client Work

Required Skills and Preferences:

  • Experience: Extensive experience (8+ years) in AI research, development, and implementation, preferably with a focus on the Microsoft ecosystem. Familiarity with the Google ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • Education: A degree (Master's or Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ecosystem Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft and Google ecosystems, including familiarity with their respective AI offerings and platforms.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to envision and articulate a comprehensive AI strategy, aligning it with business goals and industry trends.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a start-up environment with ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams in fast-paced and innovative environments.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of AI technologies, algorithms, and frameworks, with hands-on experience in applying them to develop real-world solutions.
