Role Description

This is a full-time salary on-site role located in Mountain Top, PA for a Cheese Cutting/Processing Manager. As a Cheese Cutting/Processing Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cheese cutting including personnel management, quality control, and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate should have experience with cheese production, process improvement, and project management.

• Experience in personnel management and delegation.
• Or more years of experience with food.
• Project management skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage tasks and priorities effectively.
• Able to work systematically and safely in a production environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team-based environment.
