Responsibilities

• Leverage training material during the global roll-out to the wider organization; and adjust it when needed.
• Advertise through leadership and across plants;
• Communicate across functions: SupplyChain, Sales, Finance, IT
• Help keep the pace of testing, pilot implementation, and rollout.
• Develop training strategy and training material (video, or else, kind of online training) and support BorgWarner leads (Train the trainer) during the training itself
• Use the implementation with the 5 pilot locations to develop the training material
• Develop a communication plan
• Support communication also developing and/or working with tools: SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, Videos, Mails, etc.'

Job Requirements

• Hands-on experience leading and implementing organization change management, including communication and training.
• Ability to communicate to all levels of a Company
• Self-initiated with a leadership attitude
• Experience in global IT implementations (preferred in supply chain area)
