Your expertise will be critical in securing capital for strategic initiatives, optimizing our financial performance, and driving the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive profitability and operational efficiency
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with our company's vision and objectives
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial statements
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate risks
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and auditors
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Drive capital raising efforts to support growth initiatives and strategic investments
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute business plans, ensuring financial feasibility and alignment with strategic goals
• Implement robust financial controls, risk management processes, and compliance measures

Requirements:

• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Experience in the renewable energy sector or a related industry highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, risk management, and compliance
• Strong financial acumen and strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights
• Proven track record as a CFO or in a senior finance position within a dynamic organization
