This work location is in Minden, LA: Now offering $2,000.00 sign on bonuses to qualified FT CNAs.: Starting Rate: $12.00- $14.75 / hr. based on experience Shift Differentials: 2p

• Participates in specific committees or work teams (e.g. QAPI, Staffing) as requested. Requirements:
• State certification as a nursing assistant is required
• Taking/recording vital signs, such as temperature blood-pressure as directed by medical or nursing staff
• Answering call lights promptly to determine resident needs
• Highly developed observation skills
• Providing the required support to assist residents with their activities of daily living
• Promptly communicates any significant changes in behavior or condition to supervisor.
• Ability to occasionally assist in lifting or transferring residents up to 250 pounds Benefits:

• Makes routine rounds on assigned residents in accordance with established procedures.
