We are seeking qualified and passionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) who share our mission and vision of being a premier provider of behavioral health care and delivering quality, client-focused treatment. The CNA works under the supervision of the nursing team to provide supportive care to clients receiving treatment for substance abuse and other behavioral health disorders.

CNA Requirements

To be considered for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position, you will need:

• Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems
• Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures
• Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
• Understanding of confidentiality obligations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology
• Active and valid CNA certification
• Compassionate and able to handle stress
• Experience in substance abuse treatment preferred

CNA Responsibilities

• Obtain clients vital signs and recording in chart
• Work within and cooperate with a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain confidentiality according to Federal and State regulations.
• Follow care regulations and standards
• Observe and report changes in clients condition
• Perform other housekeeping tasks as indicated in the care plan
• Guide and encourage clients to follow medical protocols given by medical team
• Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
• Record pertinent information pertaining to the clients care.
• Maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment through light housekeeping duties
• Other duties as needed and assigned by medical team

Pay: $20-$24/hr

Schedule: Full-time (Hiring for all shifts)
